This program is designed as an in-person experiential workshop, where participants will engage directly in the reflective and creative processes that are central to the work.

For those who cannot attend in person, we will also offer a livestream option via Zoom, and the program will be recorded for later viewing. While the full experience is best enjoyed in the room, the livestream provides an opportunity to follow the presentation and explore these ideas from home.

This experiential workshop explores the relationship between contemporary neuroscience and Jungian depth psychology, with particular attention to neuroplasticity and the dynamics of the shadow. Participants are invited to consider how psychological strengths and adaptive capacities, while essential to development, may also give rise to shadow expressions when they operate outside of conscious awareness.
